There are many reasons why schools choose to adopt a school uniform policy.  School uniforms were once looked upon as a status symbol to only the private schools of higher learning. But no more, they are now looked upon as a way to make a safe learning environment, improve student discipline and enhance the focus of students in the classroom.

Studies have shown that uniforms promote a classroom of concentration and positive behavior. It is because of this that many schools are going to uniforms. Not only private schools, but public schools as well.
