• All fonts must be converted to outlines. 
• Mac files - All fonts must be converted to outlines or the font file must be included.
• Pencil should be avoided unless artwork is being produced digitally.
• Images of photos are drawings placed into an AI File may not be useable uless it is being produced digitally.  Please save Corel draw files as Adobe Illustrator colors.
• Adobe Photoshop - Image type should be Bitmap for black and white images.  Multicolored spot images should have each placed on a separate layer. 
• Files under 10mb can be emailed
• Artwork may be sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx
• We accept hard copies or CD
• If sending more than one file, please compress all files into one.  You may also use ZIP PC Compression Utility.
