Digital Printing

Digital Printing VS Screen Printing

Screen printing is great for one or two color images or for short run jobs. (Large orders)

Digital printing will produce a job with greater graphic/color detail than what you will achieve with screen printing.  If the job has fine detail you might choose to go with digital printing even though digital printing is more expensive.

*** 100% cotton shirts are strongly recommended for digital  printing

DTG means - Direct to Garment Printing - it involves placing a waterbased ink onto source and heat pressing the ink into the garment.

Depending on order size & emblem size- most orders should be processed within 72 hours.  Orders over 250 may require more than 3 days.

Cancellation - you can cancel anytime before the order has be processed and printed.  If  cancelled before processing, any money you have paid.

Digital Printing of light colored ink on dark colored garments requires an underbase of white ink to be printed.  Dark shirts take 2-3 times longer to print as shirts that do not require the underbase.  They also require twice as much ink (ink is expensive, especially white ink) therefore, a different price is required for dark shirts.
